Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is has undergone a renovation program costing US $ 6 million. The new rooms reflect a contemporary Thai style. Food and beverage outlets are creative and fun and hotel has a completely brand new Spa and upgraded meeting rooms.

The Market place will offer a four in one restaurant concept with Internetional favorites ranging from Deli, Japanese, Italian and Thai. This main dining room with "show kitchen" will have the seating capacity of up to 345 persons including both indoor and outdoor setting. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner at The Market place.

Ichi-Ba : the Japanese corner will serve sushi, sashimi and your favorite teppanyaki counter with your chef in action.
Il Mercato : will be serving home cook Italain pasta, wood fired freshly baked pizzas, and great antipasti with al-fresco dinning at the Terrace or indoor seating in the Market place.
