Fishing with lures is not really recommended during the wintertime at this lake, fishing with live and dead baits can provide much better results so this would be a great test of the local Thai anglers skills as well as knowledge of their quarry |

During the last two months anglers have caught really nice fish all in pristine condition. |

The biggest surprise for the winter season was the good number of Giant Siamese carp that have been caught, which is unusual for the cold season. The Carp fishing is fairly good, especially in the late afternoon and evening.
